Hybrid(Geothermal/Air)


Hybrid systems react to different temperatures to run in the most energy efficient way to heat or cool a home. Hybrid systems take advantage of both a heat pump and a traditional furnace. The heat pump works as an air conditioner in warm weather to remove any heat from the air and expel it out when the air condenses over the coil. In the winter, the air still contains heat, which is extracted and then put into the home. Once it becomes more efficient to use the furnace feature, the unit automatically turns it on to keep your home at a comfortable temperature.

Hybrid systems, along with heat pumps, reduce your family's carbon footprint by reducing or even eliminating your need to burn a flame to create heat for your home.
