Heating

At Sigman, we install and repair a variety of different types of furnaces. If you're looking for a new furnace, contact our office or click here to have a replacement representative contact you.

The most common type of furnace is our area is a natural gas furnace. Electric, LP and fuel oil furnaces are also common in the region. These furnaces all operate on the same basic principle. Most combustion furnaces must vent outside the home through a chimney or flue pipe. Furnaces over 98% efficient generally do not need to be vented to the outside. Heat in a furnace is generally created by burning a fuel source or by electricity heating a heating element. Air is then passed over this area and distributed throughout the home by a blower motor.

We service all brands of furnace and install Bryant, Trane and Lennox brands.
